Robbie Coggins, Owner

Our Story

Robbie is a Savannah native who has proudly called the area home for nearly his entire life, aside from four years spent away at college. Before founding our pressure washing business, Robbie spent eight years working in Georgia’s film industry as a greensman, where he was responsible for preparing and enhancing outdoor filming locations through landscaping, set improvement, and prop placement. His work contributed to several major productions, including Lady and the Tramp, Mr. Mercedes, and The Underground Railroad.

When the film industry in Georgia came to a standstill, Robbie sought a new career that aligned closely with his background—hands-on outdoor work focused on improving and restoring environments. Pressure washing was a natural fit. He quickly invested in professional training and certifications and equipped the business with industry-leading equipment.

Today, Robbie brings the same attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and commitment to excellence to every project. His primary goal is simple: to deliver outstanding results and earn a five-star experience for every customer.
